I could not ask for more help and cooperation.Hotel reservation staff were a little problem but it all worked out.Problem is the hotel and Sawasdee web site are not clear as to the local and overseas pricing policy. Local was only classified as Thai national and not long term resident with or without a work permit. This caused problems and frustration. It is not the staff s fault just unclear explanations on the web site when trying to book should be provided. The junior suites are great value.Not great views, but all balconies are small and face the sea at an angle.The staff in the hotel were fantastic, friendly and helpful.Try the hotel restaurant.
